You will be unable to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Price and Payment Terms

Please note that all products and their prices are subject to availability. The prices listed are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice.

At 7 Homz, we are committed to continuously developing our products, and we reserve the right to amend the specifications of our products. Please be aware that the products supplied may differ from those displayed or advertised. However, we assure you that the products delivered will always be of equivalent value, functionality, and appearance unless previously agreed upon.

Limited Warranty / Liability

7 Homz guarantees its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. If they are used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. If you receive a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing or shipping, please report it on the same day of delivery or maximum by the next day. We will replace the item at no charge. However, we require digital images of the manufacturing damage before we can process the replacement shipment.

Please note that 7 Homz will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage arising from any product defect.

Once you notify 7 Homz of any problem with the goods, we will either replace or repair any damaged or defective goods upon delivery or refund you the amount paid for the goods in question. However, 7 Homz will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, or damage arising from any problem with the goods.
